Our main interest is in travel documentary focused on Turkey. Otherwise our interests are mixed although we have a large collection on Notting Hill Carnival
My love of photography began with an ‘accidental’ bee taken with my first DSLR camera – I never knew bees had beards until that day! I take photographs when and where I can – zoos, local nature sites and more often in the garden. I experiment with in-camera and post-processing creative effects, sometimes merging photographs with my poetry.
My photographs are hampered by technical ineptitude, colour blindness and a false bravura – but every so often I think I recognise an image of mine that, whether by chance or intention, has a certain something, generally a sort of drama.
My photography interests primarily cover glass – still life, nature and landscape. I have been involved in photography from 1958 but only as an amateur. However, as my interest grew purchased my first film SLR about late 80’s or 90’s converting to digital about 2006
My photography is mainly taken when travelling, walking and out & about in London. I also photograph cycle races when I have the opportunity and compose panoramas and little planet projections.

A keen wildlife and nature photographer, I also dabble in People and Travel Photography. I love seeing my final images printed and mounted.
