Many thanks to Kieran for taking us on a wonderful journey of landscape images that capture his passion for the light.   Amongst other things, we learned about how to shoot effectively into the sun, side lighting, making the most of cloud cover, tree cover in harsh sunlight and the effects of moisture in the air.  Adding a touch of magic with his astro-landscapes, foggy woodland mystery and the natural beauty of the Peak District, Grand Canyon, Anglesey and more,  the talk was jam-packed with information and technical/post processing tips.  A strong message is preparation, patience and be prepared to adapt! To quote one member,  “Go to take photos, that may involve a walk, rather than go on a walk and take any photos you can.”
